As veterans of fashion and real estate industry, they have successfully managed the production side of design & events for FashionTV among many others, spanning a 10-year career in the industry. UNIC is a creative company and worked with some of the biggest names in luxury. – all were done with the flair and sophistication of UNIC's team.

STRATEGY
Insight, planning & strategy.

Prior to commencing any conceptualization for the store environment, we focus our effort on research and insight to discover the opportunities for delivering succinct and beautiful design.
DESIGN
Initial creative & concept development.

Following our insight and definition of the brief, we curate a design concept for the brand with guidance on style, tone of voice, and consumer experience.
DELIVER
Manufacture & installation.

The final piece of our puzzle is manufacturing and installing premium locations with a project-managed end result.

Requirements + Feasibility
We determine what you require and what is possible. We curate your ideas to create the Concept for your place of business.
Design Development + Drawings
We determine what you require and what is possible. We curate your ideas to create the Concept for your place of business.
Construction Drawings + Scope of Work
We complete drawings for the construction of the project, which may be required to obtain a Building Permit. We create a Scope of Work that describes all of the work to be included.
Material Selection + Specification
We look at different materials and select which will be used. A specification Document is created and Interior Design Drawings are updated.
Fixture Selection + Specification
We provide suggestions for fixtures, such as lighting, hang bars and rails, and signage. We work with you to decide what will be selected, creating a Specification Document used to quote the items.
Furniture Selection + Specification
We select furniture, often including desks, display tables, and shelving, to enhance the Design Concept and then place the pieces on a furniture plan.

MANUFACTURING UNIT
We possess a state of art manufacturing and storage unit in Shanghai, sprawled in 10000 square meters and 50 staff to cater to valuable production services for the clients such as Venue construction, Display production, Stage production, Event production, Booth production, Maquette production, and more.
WORLDWIDE ACTIVITIES
Partnering with WeWork, UNIC has a presence all around the globe, with its headquarters in Shanghai (China) and representations in Paris (France) and New York (USA).
